D 73 & 74..They say you are what you eat, but I don't remember eating a sexy beast this morning!

Saturday was so busy.  Got up, ate breakfast, did my cardio, ate my snack, showered, painted my toes, put makeup on, dressed, had lunch, got stuff ready for the afternoon and then it was off to the store to get flowers and other things.  Then we went to Valley View Memorial to visit Travis, Annie, and Shawn.  It was really hard to visit Annie and Shawn.  The hurt is still so new.  I couldn't stay long at Annie's grave.  It was so sad.  But it was good because of all the fun memories I have of all of them.   Then it was off to Salon Mousse for my nail appointment.  My mom was there finishing up her pedicure that I'm sure we gave for Mother's Day last year. hehe!!  Oh well. It got used.  It may have been for her birthday too.  In that case it was only five months old.  But I got my nails done and some hand me down Sarah clothes, so now I'll be fashionable.  After that we went over to her house and we had so much fun eating yummy dinner, frogurt for dessert, and an awesome game of Settlers of Zarahemla and Sarah totally kicked butt.....again.  Go Sarah!!  Then it was home and to bed.

Oh I forgot.  Sarah measured me before we ate.  As of yesterday, in just over 10 weeks I've lost a combined total of 23", 2.8% body fat, and my BMI has gone down 5.5.  So awesome.  I've lost 6.5"in my hips alone.  Awesome.  It makes me so excited and proud of all the hard I've done.  So thank you again for helping on my journey.  Today hasn't been as busy. I had sharing time and it went really well.  Our Primary kiddo's are so smart and cute even when they are rowdy.  Then I did the dishes and ate and had a lovey visit from my visiting teacher's and then it was off to meet two of my sister and their families and my parents at the Holladay cemetery to visit my grandparents(my dads parents).  It would be nice to some day get to go to Switzerland and visit my mom's parents grave.  Someday. Someday.  Right now I am watching Siko make paper ball baskets at my in laws while trying to stay awake.  I hope everyone is having an amazing Sunday and Memorial Day weekend.  Be safe, happy, and have fun.  Tomorrow we are off to Spring City.  More family to visit.
