Holy cow, I've gotten a lot down today. Thank goodness. But now I'm ready for a nap. No nap for me. So I worked out with Jillian Michaels this morning. We did a Yoga Meltdown and it felt good. The last time I did her Yoga I was over 200 pounds. It was a big difference. If you're looking for a good hard workout, grab Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown. Holy cow. I'm hoping I won't be too sore tomorrow. After that I ate my snack and then it was treadmill time. I had to stop once to help Siko go potty so I took to running around in a circle while he went to keep my heart rate up. DK got a kick out of that and Siko has gotten into the habit of asking why and what are you doing. Garg!!
I need to get my chicken marinating and dinner going oh and those dishes. A women's work is never done. I had to re-vacuum again today. If you walked into my house you would never guess that I've spent the better part of the week cleaning it. Anyone feel my pain out there? Oh ya. You know what i'm talking about. It takes an hour or better to clean the top or bottom half and 30 seconds for my toddlers to destroy it. Awesome!! Have a great Friday and be safe. Thanks for being awesome and reading my blog!!
