Day 11

So today was fast Sunday and the one thing that was hard was the not eating on a schedule.  The good and bad thing about getting your body used to eating every 3-4 hours is when there is an interruption of any kind, your body knows it. So the good thing is, just in case I've confused you, is that you know it's time to eat when it's on a schedule.  The bad thing, when you skip or eat later than you should. hehe!!  But I survived, thanks to Sarah helping get back on track after fasting.  So today was watching the cravings big time because when I feel hunger and can't eat, that is usually when I crave the bad stuff big time.

I can tell that catching up with water is taking it's toll. I feel pretty bloaty today, which could be a TMI situation, but this is a journey blog after all. hehe!!  I hate feeling bloaty.  I will get my 96oz in today though so that will be good.  I have 24 hours to finish in right?  Either way, I'm close.  It's time to get ready for bed......finally.  Have a good Monday tomorrow everyone.  xoxoxo
