Day 3

Day 2 ended on a good note.  Getting some good resistance training in before bed.  Awesome.  Today I am craving a lot of cookies and ice cream. Thank goodness we don't have any in our house. I lucked out. I have to thank Ariel for that.  She said, a couple of trips to the store ago, that if we're out we shouldn't get any.  I wonder how long that will last. hehe!!  I love ice cream and I miss it. Horribly, but I have to look at the bigger picture.  Today was hard getting my meals in on time.  Sarah says this will get better and not to stress.  I need to go to the store to stock up on some veggies that I need that I didn't get enough of the first time. hehe!!

One thing I forgot to mention yesterday.  My starting weight is 221 as of Thursday when I started my meal plan officially.  Boy oh boy!!  I'm usually pregnant with this weight.  Oh well.  It is what it is and I hope it's gone soon. hehe!!  If people in the biggest looser can do it, so can I and anyone else who is struggling.  Boy I need to get my snack ready and pretend it's a cookie.  I'm definitely struggling today.
