Day 4

So thankful that today is my "rest" day from any and all workouts.  Now if I would have remembered that before going up and down the stairs this morning 20 times. hehe!!  Another thing I've noticed today is that before my meal plan I always thought about eating more veggies, well I have been eating 4-6 cups everyday since Thursday and boy or boy, I need to come with some creative things because I am starting to hate veggies. hehe!!  And I still want a cookie.  Today will be hard for me dinner wise because it's up to the in laws for dinner and my father in law always has yummy desserts.  Hopefully I can stay strong.

Something I love it making extra veggies to share with my 18 month old.  He loves his veggies.  I'm hoping that he will influence his older brother that isn't the best eater.  I also hope I can get enough fruits, veggies, string cheese, etc, so we don't have to make several trips to the store.  That can be a pain after a while toting around a 3 and 1 year old. hehe!!   Today's post is pretty boring sorry.  So I will end with, I can't till I can eat ice cream again and not feel guilty about it. ;)
