I know you are reading my blog. I miss seeing comments. Please?? I want some feedback. And it can be anything....nice. No negativity. I'm trying to get better at that. Having said that, I will be sore tomorrow. Oh boy. Kick butt again on the treadmill and then before my morning snack I did my resistance. I am already feeling the muscles start to tighten. I may not be as kick butt on the treadmill tomorrow morning. Tonight I had the opportunity to go learn more about essential oils by doTERRA. I love their oils. My mother in law started me on a few and has been slowly introducing to other ones that she likes. I love it! This one was geared towards kids. They talked about ADHD, seizures, flu, ear infections, etc. Awesome stuff.
Other than that, nothing much went on. They boys were really good. Oh Adam just reminded me. When Gretchen and I got back from the party it smelled like rosemary. Apparently Siko found the baby vapor rub and took a bath with it. Awesome. It's not like that stuff is cheap. Adam said it was up both arms and it's on the sheets in the newly changed from a crib to a toddler bed, crib. Well at least the ole sinuses are cleared out for the evening. Ariel was also making DK laugh like crazy tonight. I love it when she interacts with her brothers like that. Good night all!!
