Holy cow!! What a busy weekend. Yesterday was a great day. We had hair appointments which I love to get pampered. DK did really good. He only cried a little rather than screaming the whole time. He must be getting used to it. hehe! I had to plant some bulbs after that and finish some laundry so I didn't have time to cardio in. Which sucks because I had to get up early today and do it. Boo!! Working out on my birthday??!! I would have done it anyway if it was a weekday. hehe!! Last night we went bowling and it was so much fun. My dad bowled and kick butt and took names. That was the first time he bowled in like 40 years. I wish I would have remembered the video camera. Siko bowled with us and enjoyed for the first game then wanted to hang out in the arcade the rest of the time.
Not only did I have to get up to treadmill but I had sharing time, which rocked if I say so myself, and Siko had a talk. Then choir practice and then dishes and now being social on the network. haha!! See how I did that? hehe!! I'm a loon!! But I know what you are all asking. Did I or didn't I have ice cream and cake for my birthday. Well, I didn't eat anything outside my meal plan besides two oreo's. And today? Well the day is young isn't it. hehe!! No I will be enjoying my apple string cheese for dessert. Have a great rest of you day. It's beautiful here in Utah so I hope it's the same where you are!! :)
