Today Ariel and I had to go back to the Dentist for some fillings. She had two and he just fix a few of mine. Boy oh boy. He didn't numb me and a few times I got chills from the drill. Ew!! But I survived and still love my Dentist. He's the best. My run on the treadmill wasn't as good as yesterday but it was still awesome even with how sore I still was this morning. I got some KT tape and I need to figure out how to tape it on my feet. My poor ankles have been having issues and my left knee too. They make me feel like I'm 500 years old most days.
I made my special pancakes for the boys. I combined spinach and my moms yummy sugar free apple sauce as well as whole wheat flour. Both the boys ate two. You can tell Siko had a good dinner because he has good energy right now. I think the Benedryl is working for his hives too. Thank goodness. Ariel left our freezer chest open today. I didn't go downstairs till it had been left open for 5 hours. Thank goodness it was barley thawed but holy cow. How do you forget to close something like that? hehe!!
Well I did it. I lost a pound and I am now 50 pounds down and half way to my goal. It feels so good. I have 10 pounds to go to be where I was when Adam and I got married 5 1/2 years ago. I bet I can fit in my Temple dress again. I'll have to try it on so we can go soon. This evening DK got on our bed and Sparkle was on it and he cuddled up to her and kissed her, then he pet her, and the he started to play with her ears and she was so good just putting up with it. She would eventually shake her head and that made him laugh and after he started to pull on her ear hair she got up and left. hehe!! That just reminded me that The Hobbit comes out in December and I can't wait. Sqwee!! I need to go wash my face and brush my teeth. Good night all. Sleep good. Another quick and cute thing. Siko has a stuff chameleon and he keeps coming up to me to get kisses for it because it keeps breaking it's legs and tail. Mom's kisses truly fix everything.
