It started out with breakfast and then I got on the treadmill. Okay. I know why there is a key that is supposed to come out just in case you trip and fall so the treadmill will turn off, but holy crap. I just barely tap it and it comes out. So I basically had to start all over again. I made some changes to my watch the other day and I'm glad I did. It's showing more calories burned and I just changed my workout level from fair to good. hehe!! I also did resistance today after my morning snack. However, my abs and arms are still sore from Wednesday so that was interesting. I got it done though and I survived. Thank goodness. Adam grilled my chicken for me today. yummy!!
Now I don't normally shower twice in one day but after two hard and sweaty workouts you have too. The second one came after a trip to Seven Peaks. We went with Adam's mom, brother and his wife Erika as well as Haliegh, Ariel's friend in the ward, and Ariel and her dad came. It was fun. I ate dinner alone out in the picnic area when it was time for me to eat. I enjoyed the smell of fried chicken, pizza, and burgers. I didn't pack my snack because I really didn't think we'd be there that late and we were. Boo!! But I didn't give in to my dippin dots craving. Phew!! Now I am pooped and not burned. Thank goodness.
