Sorry. I got so busy yesterday that I didn't even get a chance to get on before bed. I will start of yesterday with a quote from Sarah Q , "It WILL get easier. But food addicts like us really have to work at it. But you know and I know it works. We have one body and we and we have not taken care of it. So we have to fix it. And it's not very fun. :( But the reward will be greater than you can imagine my friend. I KNOW how hard it is with young kids and schedules and husbands etc. But this is for YOU. It's YOUR time to shine! To make you outside match your insides. :) To be glowing and healthy and keep up with those crazy boys of yours. ;) To be happy and energized and to be able to enjoy a body that works for you." This came after I told her what my weigh in was. Now your thinking, oh my heck those Dyno Bites killed her progress. Not so friends. Yesterday I was weighed 211 and today I weighed 210. I lost three more pounds in week 2 and one so far in 3. So since the beginning of March I've lost 15 pounds and only four were lost on my own. So day 15 wasn't a bad day at all.
Day 16-I finally got to Sarah's for a measurement party. It was awesome. A total 6 inches lost in my torso, nothing to brag too much about in my arms, and my legs are shrinking pretty good too. So it started out awesome. Got new nails to boot and we had family over for dinner tonight. It was awesome. Then I got a call from my mom. Another friend(and another I grew up with) passed away. So another funeral before a Holiday. It's truly sad and my thoughts and prayers are with his mom, dad, his sons, and all those who knew him. So I'm glad that I could bask in lots of good things before 9:30 tonight. So I'm feeling a bit down and I'm exhausted from the last two days. So good night, sleep good, and don't let the bed bugs bite. xoxoxox
