One word for each day. hehe!! So yesterday was a pretty busy day so sorry for no post. When I was on the treadmill I pushed my self again and I did one 14-1, then a 9-1, then a 14-1, and then a 9-1. Awesome. I'm learning how to breath better while running and my body is trying to keep up with me and actually doing a great job. I have been feeling super tired lately. That usually means one thing. Another week of freedom and then a cranky visitor will arrive. But yesterday I also got some laundry done and my sisters kids were really good so it worked out. The heat however is killing me and I can't believe it's almost August. Ariel will be in school soon. I'll miss having her around all day.
Yesterday I didn't want to get on the scale today. Lately I just don't want too be anymore depressed. But I did it anyway. I am now three ponds closer to the half way point, but that wasn't enough to keep me from going back to bed. I'm telling ya, the tired thing is killing me. I have more energy after breakfast and before my morning snack to get my workout in. Today is also resistance day and I can't decide what I want to do. hehe!! The rest of today will be busy. My sister's kiddo's will be here again for a few hours, I need to finish laundry so I can start cleaning, and maybe I'll throw in a shower if I have time. Well I better shower I have a visiting teaching appointment this evening. hehe!! So for those of you who aren't sure. As of today, I've lost 49 pounds and have one to go till I get to 50 lost. I start my 20th week today. Thank you for all your support. Here's to 51 more pounds lost in the next 20 weeks.
