D177....I need to remember one thing.....

Always call Sarah when I get discouraged.  She's been where I've been.  I saw her today, twice actually.  The first time was for a measure.  It's been four weeks since my last measure and I've lost 5% body fat.  Ya people, that's a lot.  So Sarah up my lunch and dinner protein, changed up my alternating breakfast a little, gave me free range for my veggies(so I can eat what I want as long as it's 1 1/2 cups), and if needed I can up my carb at night a little and my greek yogurt.  So the few pounds that I've gained is truly muscle. It's hard to tell with all the left over skin. Ya, you'll have sweet dreams tonight now huh?  Hanging skin.  Yummy!!  But that's what happens when you loose a lot of weight.  Especially when you do it twice in 10 years.

Sarah also reminded me not to go by the scale.  It's just a number.  It's hard to think of it like that, but she's right. You're pretty much always right Sarah.  And I've conceded to run a 5K.  Sarah's already talking Ragnar next July and that has me freaking out.  She also said "5k this year, half marathon next year".  AAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!  She's told me it'll be easy. So I will be looking into some Thanksgiving Day 5k's.  She wants me to do the Timpanogos Half next year. I better keep the training going now.  Adam and I will be running outside to get used to the road and the fresh air. hehe!!  Yes everyone. Adam will be running the 5k with me, Sarah, Chris(Sarah's hubby), and Kyle(Adam's little brother).  I'm actually excited for it.  I never thought I would be.  Also, I got to 4.75 miles today and I ran at 5 mph for almost 35 mins.  I never went below 4.8 mph.  Awesome.  So if anyone wants to join Adam and I for an evening run let me know.  The more the merrier right?  Night all!!
