Updating on Day 193. A whole week. Gees!!

So I had no time to blog last week due to the fact that we went down to St. George and Cedar City.  We left Thursday and got back today.  So I was busy doing laundry and making food list and trying to pack while I helped out my sister one day.  Phew!! But it all worked out in the end.  It's currently super cloudy and the clouds were dark  but no rain. We did get rained on coming home though. It was awesome.

 We went down to St. George for a wedding. A cousin of Adam's was sealed in the Temple down there.  First time I've been in that temple.  Beautiful.  The boys did good with Ariel and another cousin and her husband while we were at the ceremony.  The fitness room at the hotel in St. George didn't have a great machine for resistance and the treadmill I used Friday and Saturday was so different from mine but worked great.  Saturday I had a running mate.  A lady on her way from San Diego to Montana.  We talked nearly the whole time she was there.  She came in after me and left before me.  I ran the whole time she was there. She told me I had great stamina.  It's getting there.  She was super nice.

Saturday when we got to Cedar City our hotel there didn't have a fitness area and my workout clothes stunk so I wasn't going to go to Gold's Gym. So I searched the internet for my favorite yoga workout and youtube had it. So I did yoga meltdown Saturday night.  My arms are sore.  Friday when I ran in St. George for the first time I got a side stitch.  I got used to the elevation change pretty fast though.  We almost got DK in the pool Friday night as well.

Now I know what you are all waiting for. I brought all of my own food. We ate out at approved place twice.  Dinner Thursday and Wendy's and lunch at Subway Saturday.  I did have two bags of sun chips over the weekend, some chocolate covered fruit and a cinnamon bear at the reception Saturday, and some nibs today.  Sorry. I was super tired.  But also, Aunt Flo is coming and it was bad to be on a trip when I have bad cravings.  Trips always have snack written all over them. Especially road trips.  So I think I did pretty good.  I could have done better, but I'm happy I never gave into my Icee or slurpee craving.  I will try to do better at updating on here so you don't get bored of my long rantings.  Oh and I lost a pound when I weighed in on Thursday.  I'm down to 167.  58 pounds gone.  Night all!!
