Monday-Sept 10th-Can you tell what I've been watching. hehe!! So yesterday Ariel stayed home. She's has a wicked cold and I hope it won't spread. We didn't run yesterday because it looked like it was going to rain and didn't really do a lot of that so we could have ran. So I treadmilled and did some resistance. The temps have been very nice though. It got super windy last night and I thought for sure we'd get a huge storm but no. Most of the rain is staying in the south. I'm praying for relief for them and us up here in the north.
Tuesday-Sept 11th-I got on the treadmill early because we thought it was going to rain a lot today but no. It has down south and they have floods now. It's a little frustrating. I guess we'll get it eventually. I did run for nearly 45 mins at my new top speed of 5 mph. Awesome. The boys were really good till the last 15 mins of my run. DK fell asleep while I was eating my lunch. hehe!! Climbed right up and nearly on my plate. Dang kids are so cute and naughty at the same time. It's also the 11th anniversary of 9-11 when the towers in New York collapsed after to jet liners struck them. Two other plains went down as well. To those who lost their loved whether on that day or since, we love you and mourn with you. This act affected us all in some way or another. Thank you for being strong and thank you to all of those who helped on that day and since.
